Innovex tracks open proposals, stalled client threads, and unpaid invoices from a connected Gmail account, and drafts follow-up messages that a member of your team reviews and approves before anything sends. Some features described on our site (like additional integrations) are marked "Coming soon" and are not yet part of the service.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any Gmail account you connect to Innovex — don't connect a mailbox you don't have the right to access.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. Pricing shown on our site reflects our intended early-access rates; a firm that signs up during the founding period keeps that rate for 12 months from signup, provided the subscription remains active. Billing is not yet enforced automatically during early access — we'll notify you clearly before that changes.
Don't use Innovex to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass anyone, or to connect a mailbox for any purpose other than tracking your own firm's proposals, clients, and invoices. Every automated follow-up requires your explicit approval before it sends — you're responsible for the content and recipients of anything you approve.
How we collect, use, and store your data — including Gmail data — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Innovex is provided "as is" during this early-access period. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every follow-up will be drafted or delivered without error — always review a draft before approving it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovex isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue from a missed or mis-sent follow-up. Review drafts before approving them — approval is the safeguard.
You can stop using Innovex and disconnect Gmail at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
We'll update these terms as the product matures, especially once billing and additional integrations go live, and will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
